Warehouse receiving from Monday - Friday from 07.30 hrs to 16.00 hrs. Lunch break from 12.15 hrs to 13.00 hrs.
Drivers can report to the desk and be served after lunchbreak
Closing time on shipments, Mondays at 15.00 hrs for LCL and Tuesdays at 10.00 hrs for FCL. All documents must be received prior to delivery cargo.
Pls. note Dangerous goods / IMO prior to delivery Monday 10.00 hrs
Late deliveries subject to approval.

Kindly instruct your shipper to make bookings in advance and obtain a delivery reference.

In case shippers do not make the export documents themselves they must e-mail/fax copy invoice to the Rotterdam office and sign a “Direct Representation” form which can be downloaded below.
