How do we transport dangerous goods
Packaging, markings, and labeling are importantl in the proper handling of dangerous cargo. If the markings, packaging, and documentation is incorrect then there the freight will be rejected for transport.
The consignor is responsible for ensuring that all data is correct and for informing that dangerous goods in freight planned for transport.
Carriers and freight forwarders visually inspect the cargo, review papers, and follow checklists to evaluate dangerous goods being fit for transport.
